As an author and co-author of publications focused on Linux systems and DevOps, Grzegorz puts strong emphasis on education and promoting good software engineering practices. He specializes in process automation and implementing Infrastructure as Code tools, with particular focus on Terraform. On the conference stage (including SysOps/DevOps MeetUp), he is known for his practical take on the "Shift-left" approach, showing how early infrastructure testing can prevent critical production failures.
Talk Abstract
"DevOps in the AI World" is the conference opening talk, where the organizer and experienced practitioner explores how DevOps principles are evolving under the rapid growth of artificial intelligence. Today we are seeing a shift from classic CI/CD toward MLOps and data platforms, where model lifecycle management, data quality, and experiment reproducibility become central.
The talk will show how teams combine software engineering with data science to build new standards of automation, observability, and accountability for production models. The speaker will also highlight the dominant challenges today - from infrastructure costs and governance to security and ethics.
Looking ahead, we can expect deeper convergence of DevOps and AI: a growing role of self-service platforms, AI-driven automation, and teams where the boundaries between developer, operations, and data scientist continue to blur. DevOps is not disappearing - on the contrary, it is becoming the foundation for scalable, responsible, and effective AI adoption in the years ahead.
