Rafał Malujda is a legal counsel, patent attorney, and ISO 27001 lead auditor who has been successfully translating legal complexities into the language of technology for years. He specializes in the legal aspects of IT, with particular emphasis on information security, cloud law, and open source licenses. As the founder of a law firm operating in the Polish and German markets, he supports software houses and technology companies in safely scaling their businesses.

Rafał is an active member of the European legal network Free Software Foundation Europe and the board of the IT Cluster. His experience includes not only advising on complex implementation contracts and SLAs, but also working in Industry 4.0 working groups. At IT/DevOps conferences, he is valued for his substantive and practical approach to topics such as compliance, intellectual property protection in code, and the legal challenges of modern infrastructure.
